1. Shipping Locations
SudhStore proudly delivers PAN India. We serve all major cities, towns, and over 26,000 pin codes across the country through our trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every jar of our Bilona ghee is packed fresh to ensure maximum aroma and nutritional value.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
- During festive seasons or extreme weather conditions, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. We will notify you proactively if this occurs.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote Locations: 5 to 7 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applied at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and might incur an additional handling fee of ₹50.
5. Packaging Standards
We use premium borosilicate glass jars to preserve the health benefits of our ghee without the risks of plastic leaching. To ensure zero breakage:
- Jars are sealed with tamper-evident gold lids.
- Wrapped in custom-fitted eco-friendly corrugated mesh and bubble wrappers.
- Placed inside sturdy, double-walled transit cartons.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and Email with your tracking link and AWB number. You can track the live status of your delivery directly through the partner's tracking portal.
7. Undelivered or Rejected Shipments
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or rejection at the doorstep, the package will be returned to us. If you request re-shipment, standard shipping costs may apply.
