At SudhStore, we pride ourselves on delivering 100% authentic, hand-churned A2 Bilona Ghee. Because our ghee is a premium, perishable food product, health and safety regulations dictate our return constraints.
1. Return Eligibility (Perishable Goods)
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly fulfilled orders once they have been dispatched. We cannot accept opened or used jars under any circumstances to maintain our strict hygiene standards.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We pack our premium borosilicate glass jars with multi-layer protective packaging for safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or the safety seal is broken, we will replace or refund it immediately.
To claim a replacement or refund for damage:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- Please send clear photos/videos of the damaged box and the leaking/broken jar, along with the shipping label, to our WhatsApp support or email.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement within 2 business days or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different size or variant (e.g., Buffalo instead of Cow Ghee) than what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) and ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the order is dispatched (typically within 12 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled or modified. For successful cancellations, the full amount will be refunded.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
